To support its initiatives in providing digital tools and innovative teaching methods, the Faculty of Law has launched an operation to sponsor the chairs in its Library. They symbolically represent the generations of students who take their place there each year to become the jurists acting in tomorrow's world.

Supporting the training of young lawyers

The UNamur Law Library is the young lawyer's laboratory, a privileged place for research and study. It's also a place open to all, with over 24,000 visitors a year, more than 50,000 consultations in legal databases every year and over 20,000 books available... By sponsoring a chair and personalizing it with your name or the name of your company, it's the training of tomorrow's jurists that you're encouraging.

What to do?

You would like to make a private donation

  • Add your donation from €150by bank transfer to the UNamur account BE92 3500 0000 0123 mentioning, in communication: DONATION + 5847850 + right
  • Make a online donation
  • Contact Ms Morgane Belin, sponsorship manager, to communicate your preferences regarding the mention you wish to include on your chair: morgane.belin@unamur.be (tel.: 081/72 50 36).

Donations made to UNamur entitle the donor to a 45% tax deduction, and a tax certificate will be issued.

You would like to sponsor a chair in the name of your practice or company

  • Company sponsorship is subject to VAT invoicing (€150 + 21% VAT) by UNamur. To make your sponsorship a reality, simply make the payment on the basis of the invoice we will send you.

Sponsorship expenses are tax-deductible as business expenses.
