Registering at the library enables users to borrow books from direct access (workrooms) or from the stores. This operation is carried out at the reception desk. The online catalog distinguishes between works available for loan and those that are not ("Loan not authorized", "In seminar", etc).
Loan term
The loan period is two weeks. The loan is renewable once. This operation can be carried out via the computerized catalog, by e-mail, by telephone or at the library reception desk, no later than the date set for the return of the work.
Restitution
Books are to be returned at the library counter. You can also return them by registered mail.
Delay
In the event of failure to meet deadlines, users will be charged a fine of €0.50 per book per working day. Borrowing is suspended until all fines have been paid. Three reminders are sent to borrowers in arrears. If no further action is taken, an invoice is issued.
