Seeking computer scientists... desperately!

Informatique études

Belgium is sorely lacking in computer scientists. The situation is such that our country's capacity for innovation is at stake, because the IT challenges are major: how can we support the new economy without computer scientists? This is also true throughout Europe. This crisis offers unhoped-for job prospects for university graduates in IT.

Our training opens up a wide range of horizons, from development to IT department management. Indeed, IT professions are extremely varied: quality manager, system/application/business architect, functional analyst, DB/security/network expert, business engineer...

In service companies (banks, insurance companies...), public authorities (European Commission, Walloon Region...) and many large private companies, UNamur IT graduates are called upon to become strategic players. Indeed, our training enables them to grasp the latest technologies and methodologies with ease, and also a particular expertise in the field of information systems.

A diploma identical to that of daytime studies

Studying on a staggered timetable leads to the same diploma as daytime studies (bachelor's degree in computer science, master's degree 60 in computer science). Only the ways in which skills are acquired differ.
