Legal helpdesk for research and innovation

The contractual stages of preparatory agreements, collaboration agreements and agreements following the achievement of results are essential in order to protect the confidential information, know-how, material or data that will be exchanged, with an agreement. It is also important to protect the terms and nature of the collaboration, and to concretize the intention of the parties during the negotiation.
