Doelstellingen

Course objectives To enable students to 1) discover and appropriate the basic concepts of written, verbal and non-verbal communication (sender-receiver), 2) develop a structured argument to convince, 3) and to have the specific mechanisms for negotiation to be able to implement them in an optimal way.

Evaluation The review 1. June examination sessions For the June examination session the examination is written. Written test (without syllabus or course notes) This written test will consist of open-ended questions aimed at assessing the student's knowledge and understanding of the concepts seen in the course, and at measuring the degree of integration of these concepts (case studies and concrete situations, contribution of personal examples not seen in the course, etc.). The student must study and know the course material in order to be able to answer the exam questions. This written test counts for 20 points. 2. Second session - August/September examination session Written test (without syllabus or lecture notes) This written test will consist of open-ended questions aimed at assessing the student's knowledge and understanding of the concepts seen in the course, and at measuring the degree of integration of these concepts (case studies and concrete situations, contribution of personal examples not seen in the course, etc.).
