Bodies 

The "Council" is the Department's decision-making body. It is chaired by the Department Director, who is an academic member elected for a three-year term. The Director sets the agenda and ensures that decisions taken by the Council are followed up, as well as representing the Department in the various bodies of the Faculty and the Institution.  

All academic members of the Department are ex officio members of the Council. Other bodies (scientific, administrative, and student) are represented by members elected for a one-year term. At the initiative of a Council member, depending on the items to be discussed, individuals from outside the Department may be invited to attend.  

The "Restricted Council" comprises only the academic members of the Council. The Council and the Restricted Council usually meet at the same frequency as the Faculty Bureaus and Councils.  

Programme managers

The Bachelor's and Master's programs are managed by Program Directors (one for the Bachelor's in Economics and Management and the Master's in Management Sciences, and the other for the Bachelor's in Management Engineering and the Master's in Management Engineering).  

Program Directors are appointed by the Department Director for a three-year term. Their responsibilities include validating students' annual programs (PAE) and admissions.

Thematic coordination

Each teaching theme is coordinated by an academic expert in the field. Members of a theme can thus, in consultation with the Program Directors and the Department Director, initiate a reform of the part of the program that concerns them or of the programs as a whole.
