Registration cancellation

Up to and including November 30. You must complete the refund form. You will be refunded your registration fees, except for the €50 deposit. The year will not be counted towards the rest of your academic career.

Unregistration

After November 30, you will receive no refund and will be liable for the full amount of your registration fees if this amount has not been paid at the time of your unregistration request (unless you have applied for and been awarded a scholarship). The year will be counted towards the rest of your academic career.

Please note that for international students, the €200 application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once the withdrawal form has been completed and sent, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt on your @student.unamur.be email box.
