Are you enrolled in a course at the University of Namur or another establishment in the French Community of Belgium? Would you like to change your course? Several possibilities are available to you, depending on the time of year.

Up to and including September 30

For all students

You must meet the admission requirements for the new course. Admission requirements may vary from one training course to another.

October 1st to 31st inclusive

Only students enrolled in block 1 (first 60 bachelor credits)

  • You are a regularly enrolled student at the University of Namur and wish to change to another course at the University of Namur, go to the enrolment platform and choose a new course.
  • You are a regularly enrolled student at the University of Namur and would like to change your course and/or institution, contact the institution of your choice.
  • You are a regularly enrolled student at another institution in the French Community of Belgium and would like to enroll at the University of Namur, go to the enrolment platform and submit an application for admission.

November 1 to February 15 inclusive - reorientation

Only students enrolled in block 1 (first 60 bachelor credits)

  • You are a student regularly enrolled at the University of Namur and wish to change your course of study at the University of Namur, go to the enrolment platform and choose a new course of study.
  • You are a student regularly enrolled at the University of Namur and wish to change your course of study and/or institution, contact the institution of your choice.
  • You are a regularly enrolled student at another establishment in the French Community of Belgium and wish to enroll at the University of Namur, go to the enrolment platform and submit an application for admission.

Important notes

  • Requests for reorientation are permitted between November 1 and December 23 and between January 27 and February 15.
  • You must comply with the course's admission requirements.
  • If you reorient yourself after the first assessment session, you have the option of requesting a "success aid" reduction to your annual program (PAE). The jury can also take the decision to reduce your workload if it deems it necessary, and force your admission to a lighter course.
