PLEASE NOTE: From October 1, only students in Block 1 (bachelor's degree) may request a change to their registration. To do so, please refer to the section below entitled "From October 1 to October 31 inclusive."  

Any requests submitted via this form before the June deliberations and after September 30 will not be processed. 

For all students

You must meet the admission requirements for the new program. Admission requirements may vary from one program to another. 

Only students enrolled in block 1 (first 60 credits of bachelor's degree)

• If you are a student regularly enrolled at the University of Namur and wish to change your program at the University of Namur, go to the registration platform and choose a new program.
• If you are a student regularly enrolled at the University of Namur and wish to change your program and/or institution, please contact the institution of your choice.
• If you are a student regularly enrolled at another institution in the French Community of Belgium and wish to enroll at the University of Namur, go to the registration platform and submit an application for admission.

Registration fees: in the event of a change in registration from one higher education institution to another in October, the €50 deposit is payable to the first institution, and the remaining balance is payable to the second.

Important notes

• Requests for reorientation are possible between November 1 and 30, and between January 27 and February 15.
• You must meet the admission requirements for the program. 
• If you change programs after the first assessment session, you can request a "success aid" reduction in your annual program (PAE). The jury may also decide to reduce your workload if it deems it necessary and require you to accept a reduction.
