Since 2013, UNamur has embarked on the implementation of a Quality approach. This approach has undergone various overhauls since its inception and is gradually being fleshed out, notably through the implementation of a more global approach and thanks to the help of a multidisciplinary team.
Quality Management supports the University's quality policy in the areas of teaching, of research and at the level of the Institution's departments.
His mission is to set up, maintain and perpetuate the University's Quality Management system by supporting and methodologically accompanying the dynamic of evolution towards a culture of evaluation and continuous improvement.

Quality department
The Vice-Rector currently in charge of the Quality portfolio is Professor Stéphane FAULKNER.
Since 2019, the Quality department has been taken over under the hierarchical responsibility of Rectorate Services under the direction of Anne-Sophie OTTO.
The members of the Quality Pole are: Jean DUBOIS; Jennifer GEERTS; Clémentine JACOBS and Anne-Cécile WAUTHY.
