For your events, the University of Namur offers rental premises. Auditoriums, amphitheaters, seminar rooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms,... Over 90 rooms available to offer you maximum possibilities!

Room descriptions

You can choose between auditorium-style rooms (tiered seating, with shelves) or seminar-style rooms (mobile tables and chairs). Capacity from 0 to 750 seats.

All our auditoriums and most of our seminars are equipped with basic audiovisual equipment, consisting of screen, projector and sound system; and, depending on the auditorium, a microphone-lutrin.

Additional audiovisual equipment (only available in auditoriums) is priced.

The availability procedure

  1. Request: you fill in our online form or get in touch with us.
  2. Pre-booking: depending on availability, you receive a contract proposal (valid for 15 days) which you sign for agreement. If you have any questions or additional requests, please let us know immediately. Any additional requests will require a new contract.
  3. Confirmation and payment: the signed contract we receive from you serves as confirmation. Payment is made in full on the basis of an invoice issued by us.

Practical details (e.g. access) are communicated once the contract has been signed.
