The Assembly of Kots-à-Projet (AKàP)

The Assemblée des kots-à-projet (AkàP) is run by a committee made up of several students. Their mission is to help the kots-à-projet in their management and promotion, as well as in the coordination of their activities. The AkàP thus helps students with their projects and also organizes events such as kàps week, the kàps fair, the AkàP gala as well as parties of all kinds!

Committed kots-à-projet

A kot-à-projet is a group of students who come together to champion a meaningful project that contributes to campus life or society in general. In addition to living together in the same community housing, students carry out a project that is close to their hearts. The University supports these projects both in terms of financing activities and promoting commitment. At the University of Namur, there are around ten kots-à-projet, and it's also possible to create a new one with a group of friends.

Themes covered by kots-à-projet include the environment, social inclusion, theatrical improvisation, sport, local consumption, board games, health, artistic activities, etc.

Setting course for KàPs

In order to give visibility to the actions of the various kot-à-projet, AKàP ran a communication campaign in collaboration with the University of Namur. Each kot-à-projet had the opportunity to present its activities on the Newsroom.
