We accept documents in French, Italian, Spanish, English and German. A document provided in another language must imperatively be translated into French or English, by a sworn translator. The original document must be attached to its translation.

Students already regularly enrolled at the University of Namur who wish to register for a new course at the end of their cycle must go through the Virtual Student Office (BVE).

We advise you to:

• Identify yourself in one of the situations described in the documents above;
• Gather all the documents you need to provide;
• Use a computer to submit your application (you may not be able to register using a smartphone or tablet);
• Carefully read the admission conditions for your chosen course (see the course catalog)
• Read your form before validating it.
