Depending on your personal situation, you will need to scan and upload various documents to our online registration platform. We recommend that you gather all the necessary documents before completing the online form. You'll find all the information you need here.
Good to know
We accept documents in French, Italian, Spanish, English and German. A document provided in another language must imperatively be translated into French or English, by a sworn translator. The original document must be attached to its translation.
Students already regularly enrolled at the University of Namur who wish to register for a new course at the end of their cycle must go through the Virtual Student Office (BVE).
Recommendations before you register
We advise you to:
- Identify yourself in one of the situations described in the documents above;
- Gather all the documents you need to provide;
- Use a computer to submit your application (you may not be able to register using a smartphone or tablet);
- Carefully read the admission conditions for your chosen course (see the course catalog)
- Read your form before validating it.
Don't forget to submit your form (last tab of the form).
