Remember that teaching at the University of Namur is face-to-face, so it's essential that you're present from the first day of the new academic year, i.e. September 14.If you're starting your course slightly behind schedule, it will be important to make sure you catch up on missed lessons quickly.

Some faculties quickly organize assessments, such as tests and practical work. Missing these activities could compromise your results. Under no circumstances will you be able to join classes after September 30; it is therefore very important to organize yourself accordingly.

If you encounter difficulties in meeting this deadline, or if you are considering withdrawing your registration, we invite you to complete the unregistration form provided for this purpose, by November 30 at the latest. Your effective deregistration will ensure that, the academic year 2024-2025 will not be taken into account in your curriculum. In addition, you will no longer be liable for any remaining registration fees.

Please note that if you do not deregister, you will be liable for the registration fees. In the event of non-payment, this could result in a debt to the university, compromising your access to higher education institutions in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
