Biographie
Hi! I’m Victor Sluyters, a PhD student in services marketing and management at the University of Namur. I am conducting my thesis under the supervision of Prof. Hammedi (UNamur) and Prof. Van Vaerenbergh (KU Leuven). My topics of interest are mainly human behavior (especially decision-making), data privacy, service crises, and their associated recovery, and everything related to data science and quantitative approaches.
