Biographie
Flamure Ibrahimi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, specializing in Management of Information, and a Master's degree in Digital Transformation and Corporate Immersion from the University of Namur. During her studies, she completed a two-year internship at GSK in Wavre, where she led various Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement projects, directly impacting the global distribution of GSK vaccines and benefiting patients worldwide.
Beyond technical expertise, Flamure excels in Change Management, successfully managing large teams with diverse profiles. She has developed the ability to guide complex transitions in digital transformation, emphasizing the importance of engaging and respecting the human aspect at the core of every organization’s evolution.
Since childhood, Flamure has been deeply involved in voluntary work, supporting causes like child welfare (Child Focus), migrant inclusion (refugee camps in Serbia), and the fight against poverty (Oxfam). These experiences have shaped her commitment to making a meaningful social impact in both her professional and personal life.
Flamure completed her studies with great distinction and began her career as a Teaching Assistant and Researcher at the University of Namur. She joined the internationally recognized NADI-CeRCLe Research Center in Services and Marketing Management, where her research focuses on Blockchain technology and its role in optimizing services for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Her work in Transformative Service Research seeks to create a broader societal impact, bridging technology with social good.
