Romain Siriez

After completing a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences at UNamur (formerly FUNDP), I undertook a master's degree in research pharmacy at the Louvain Drug Research Institute (LDRI) laboratory and more precisely at the Advanced Drug Delivery & Biomaterial (ADDB).

After graduating as a pharmacist in 2016, I started my career at the University of Namur (UNamur) as a didactic collaborator for 1 year. During this year, I was in charge of various laboratories with a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences (experimental biochemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, micrography, integrated practical work, ...).

Since 2017, I have been carrying out a PhD under a research assistant status at UNamur on the development and optimization of analytical methods for the determination of anticoagulant molecules (chronometric methods, chromogenic methods and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with a tandem mass spectrometer). As an assistant, I am in charge of teaching various courses (human biochemistry, stages of drug development, ...) and practical work in galenic pharmacy.

At the same time, I practiced between 2016 and the end of 2020 as a locum pharmacist under an independent status.

In January 2021, I launched my company of services and replacements in pharmacy: "Equitem Filius Scomm".

Throughout my career, I hope to have the opportunity to share my passion for pharmaceutical sciences with the future candidates I will have the chance to train.
