Understanding and knowledge of major asymmetric synthesis methods
Understanding and knowledge of major asymmetric catalysis methods
Understanding of the interest of sigmatropic and dyotropic reactions
Understanding of non-linear effects, chiral amplification and autocatalysis, their mechanistic implications and their importance in the contect of homochirality
The aim of the course is to give advanced knowledge of asymmetric catalysis and synthesis.
The main families of stereoselective and enantioselective reactions are reviewed.
