Financial assistance

For students already enrolled, a range of financial aid packages are available, based on specific criteria and situation, to help students study and succeed. The social unit is also on hand to help with administrative difficulties, budget management, family, relationships, adapting to studies and university life, etc.

Future students can also contact our social assistants for information.

The reduction or loan for registration fees

  • The reduction allows to pay €374 or €485 instead of €835.
  • The loan allows staggered payment of the €374, €485 or €835 registration fee (less €50 deposit).

Short-term loan

This loan can be used to obtain an emergency loan, an advance on the study allowance from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation or any other grant.

The non-refundable allowance

The amount of this allowance takes into account the study budget and the theoretical financial participation of the family (or that of the student or his/her couple).

Equipment loan

If you're having problems with your computer equipment, it's possible to get a laptop on loan.

Financial assistance for the purchase of a computer

This assistance covers part of the costs for the student who has bought a computer or wants to buy one (new or reconditioned).
