We offer training spread over 17 Saturdays from November to May, comprising 100 hours of classroom or distance learning. Living in Namur Small presentation of the city.Namur, capital of Wallonia, is a fairly small city (around 110,000 inhabitants), spreading out from its historic center towards the outskirts and neighboring villages, gradually integrating them into the city's various districts. The city's main urban area lies in a basin formed by two rivers: the Meuse and the Sambre. The city is dominated by the Citadelle, proudly built on the rocky spur that dominates the meeting of the two rivers.Namur's city center is dedicated to shopping, education and services. In the stores, you'll find clothes, shoes, perfumes, food, books, crafts, gifts.... End of your contract with UNamur At the end of your contract, you will receive certain documents from the Remuneration Unit:A certificate showing the amount of vacation pay you have received.A certificate of unemployment (form C4). Study stays Do you want to spend part of your studies at a university abroad?1) First of all, check that your study program authorizes you to carry out such an exchange, by consulting the pages dedicated to international mobility at your faculty, or by contacting your international mobility manager.2) If this possibility exists, identify in the list of partner universities with which UNamur has signed a bilateral exchange agreement. In fact, in order to study abroad, a bilateral agreement must exist between UNamur and the partner university, and it must concern your field of study.3) Have you found some interesting destinations? Now's the time to enter your application in "Mobility Online", the mobility path management platform used by UNamur.This is open between mid-December and mid-February of the year preceding the mobility stay. FNRS funds

The mission of the Fonds de la Recherche Scientifique - FNRS is to develop basic scientific research through initiatives presented by researchers. It promotes the production and development of knowledge by supporting individual researchers on the one hand, and by funding research programs carried out in laboratories and departments located mainly in the universities of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation on the other.At the University of Namur, many researchers carry out their work thanks to funding from the FNRS.The FNRS is a major source of funding for the University of Namur.

Financial aid for students from outside the European Union

Intervention in the payment of registration fees Certain foreign students from outside the European Union (or assimilated to them), enrolled at UNamur for more than one year, must pay registration fees of €4,175, €2,505 or €5,010 (if they change cycle or reorient themselves during the cycle in 2025-2026). The Commission des étudiants internationaux (formerly known as the Commission des étudiants étrangers) may grant, according to criteria it has established, total or partial, direct or conditional financial assistance for the payment of registration fees for students concerned by these provisions.The application file must be collected from a Cellule sociale office from September 29 at the earliest until October 21 at the latest.
