Goals

The objective of this course is to make students acquire concepts of dynamical systems theory applied on complex systems, i.e. on systems made of a large number of interacting objects representable in the form of networks. Different aspects of the study of such systems (modelling, analysis) are introduced by teachers and developed by students by means of personal and/or group works.

Content

Complex networks, linear and non linear dynamics of and on networks, stability.

Assessment method

The evaluation consists of two parts, namely a written report and an oral presentation.
