Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this internship, students will have gained a first professional experience in the field of their choice, related to their specialization, either in preclinical or in clinical research.

It is not permitted to undertake a clinical research internship if the student is enrolled in the preclinical research’s Master (and vice versa).

Goals

This internship aims to put students in real-life situation with the ultimate goal for them to achieve successful insertion in the professional world.

Assessment method

Students will write a report in English. The manuscript will be assessed by a jury composed of two to three researchers.

The internship mentor and the jury will grade the student following these guidelines:

  • The internship mentor (/20)
  • Jury’s member (/20):

Final grade: Internship mentor (/10) + Jury (/10).

Instructions for writing the internship report, as well as evaluation grids for internship mentors and jury members, are available on Webcampus.

The exact modalities of the evaluation are likely to be modified during the preparation of the examination schedules, depending on the practical constraints with which the faculty administration may be confronted, or in the event of illness / force majeure / encroachment with an internship, or because of the health situation related to the coronavirus.
