The student card is a personal card, which remains active throughout the student's time at UNamur.

How do I get it?

  • Upload a passport photo after validating your account on the central computer servers (the upload process is explained in the letter containing your access codes and concerns new students only).
  • Regularize your administrative file (any documents to be provided and registration fees to be paid).
  • Wait for the convocation-retrait which will be sent to your student mailbox.
  • Pick up this student card at the Moretus Plantin University Library (BUMP) by presenting your convocation in paper or digital format.

Specifics

For students not present on campus due to an Erasmus exchange program or internship abroad, or students on a staggered timetable who are unable to visit the library,
Send your convocation to public.bump@unamur.be. Your card will be sent to you by post.
For any questions, please contact public.bump@unamur.be.

For students who have received an attestation intended to obtain a student VISA, the student card must be collected, in person, by October 31 at the latest.

When withdrawing the card

Check that all the information on this card (surname, first name, photo) is correct. In case of error, please contact the Registration Department.

Using the card

This card is personal, so you can't pass it on to a third party. It is indispensable for taking part in all teaching activities (courses, practical work, exams...), for obtaining any document or administrative information at UNamur as well as for access to UNamur libraries.

Lost card - obtain a duplicate

  • Complete the form. The amount you will be asked to pay is set at 10 euros.
  • Wait for the convocation-retrait which will be sent to your student mailbox.
  • Pick up your student card at the BUMP by presenting your convocation in paper or digital format.
