This accommodation is for boys only. It is located in the center of the campus at the address: rue de Bruxelles, 61 - 5000 Namur.

Students benefit from the supervision of two educators who are responsible for ensuring good relations between tenants and organizing activities (not compulsory). The educators are also on hand to listen to students and provide them with sympathetic support as they make their way through university.

La RUE has 122 furnished rooms with wired internet connection. Students have the option of cooking in their rooms. This residence has several common rooms such as: sanitary facilities, a fully equipped kitchen (on the 6th floor), a TV room, a games room (billiards and relaxation).

Rent and rental conditions

Rent for a room at la RUE is €330 including all charges. A rental guarantee of €380 is required to hand over the keys.

The rental contract is for 10 months (September to June). On request, on-campus accommodation is available during July and August.

This home was formerly a Carmelite convent whose architecture has retained its charm. The Carmel welcomes a mixed public. It is located 3.5 km from the campus in a green and soothing area.

A bus stop is just 50 m from the accommodation, with a service every quarter of an hour. In addition, the Jambes train station is 500 m away.
