Immersion students will successively develop various skills that are transversal to any organizational transformation project, and will be able to practice applying them
The aim of this seminar is twofold:
- to provide the alternant with a reflective space in which to develop his or her personal project.
- to accompany the alternant through the various stages of project design and development, with an emphasis on cross-disciplinary skills.
Four themes will be addressed in turn:
1. Cooperating with project partners
2. Problematize and define your key question
3. Gather and elaborate a theoretical framework and mobilize it in a rigorous analysis/synthesis process.
4. Communicate according to academic/company codes
Other training activities may be proposed during the year, depending on the needs identified/expressed.
The final evaluation of the seminar will take into account the following elements:
- Active participation in seminars and training activities
- Deliverables throughout the year (continuous assessment)
- Project presentation at the end of Q2
