Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to give an overview of the cybercrime through the study of the main legal rules as well as the case law. The course has been divided into five chapters dedicated to questions specially relating to cybercrime: after introducing the concept and reminding general rules of criminal law, attention will be focused on specific cybercrime as well on aspecific cybercrime, before to adress the question of the evidence and its particularities.
