ARES-CCD Some twenty training courses have been selected as part of the 2022-2027 program to offer nationals of the 29 ARES-CCD "scholarship countries" the chance to take a bachelor's or specialist master's degree, or further training, at an institution in the Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles. These courses give scholarship-holders the opportunity to deepen their skills in a development-related field. UNamur is heavily involved in these training courses. It coordinates the "Specialized Master in Internationational and Development Economics ". The Reform of Initial Teacher Training (RFIE) began in 2023. To become a teacher in sections 1 to 3 (from reception to secondary 3), students must now follow a 4-year course, organized by a high school (referent establishment) in co-graduation with one or more universities.
