The Domaine d'Haugimont gîte is a former farmhouse owned by the University of Namur. It is located in a rural and wooded setting.
The Domaine d'Haugimont is available to groups wishing to go "green": meetings and activities of university departments, green classes of schools, stays of youth movements or associations, family reunions, etc.
It is located in the heart of the Province of Namur in the superb Condruzian countryside. The region boasts over 200 kilometers of marked trails. In the private domain, meadows, organically farmed high-stem orchards, deciduous and coniferous woods are present. A true bath of nature and conviviality!
The former farmhouse, perfectly equipped as a gîte (self-managed, no meals served), accommodates up to 70 people. For a reasonable cost, a quality infrastructure for a day, a weekend or a longer stay.
Space and equipment
The gîte has two separate entrances, parking and a lawn. Barbecues are available in the annex. It is possible to add tents in the meadows.
The Haugimont gîte has:
- Two dormitories and eight bedrooms for a total capacity of 70 beds
- A living room with 12 tables, 70 chairs, a fully-equipped kitchen, equipment and crockery for 70 people
- An area of over one hectare with lawns, private wood with walking paths, stream...
Rental rates
For stays with accommodation, the day begins at 9:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm, the night begins at 5:00 pm and ends at 9:00 am.

These rates include all charges.
The 21% VAT applies only if the rental is for business use by a company (SA, SPRL, etc.); rental for private use by an individual and rental to an ASBL are exempt from VAT.
The applicant certifies that he/she meets the conditions for this short-term rental to be exempt from VAT.
At the time of booking, the applicant must accept the terms and conditions of stay.
The Domaine d'Haugimont is located 18 km from Namur, 5 km from the Courrière train station. It is easily accessible by bus and car. All requests for access or visits must be made in advance to the manager.
