Learning outcomes

• Identify differences in the way individuals function. • To understand the impacts and consequences of these differences in social interactions. • To appropriate the different stages of team building. • Learn how to develop synergies within a team to achieve optimal collaboration. • Develop a global vision of team management. • To better respond to the expectations of your interlocutors (panel of auditors, multidisciplinary jury) and know how to arouse their interest during presentations.

Goals

Human Resource Management is a field that can be approached from different angles. The bias of this course is to approach it from the perspective of understanding social interactions. Whether you work alone or in a team, whether you want to be a team member or a team leader, you all have to communicate with others on different occasions. This course will enable you to understand why, depending on who you are dealing with, building relationships, communicating, collaborating, being listened to, feeling understood, valued, recognised, credible, is easy or difficult for you. It will also address the issue of conflict management. This course aims to give you tools to understand human functioning in order to better understand teamwork.

Content

• Understand why it is easier to communicate, to create a relationship with one person than with another. • To appropriate the different stages of team building. • Moving from a sum of individuals in a team to a team that works in synergy. • To know the overall management of teams (the different types of communication, team management, conflict management, key factors for motivating individuals, etc.).
