The aim of this course is to discover the basics of computing science and stochastic process theory, in order to perform numerical simulations of biological systems.
Exercises are included in lectures, in the form of programming workshops.
Each student realizes a personal work which consists in solving problems (numerical simulations) similar to those seen during the lectures. This work is assessed on the basis of a written report.
