At the end of this course, students will be able:
1. To develop a thorough understanding and a critical analysis for change management;
2. To capture, analyze and interpret by using different tools and theories:
a. Nature of a change
b. Steps and actors of change
c. Social dynamics (resistance, resilience, culture, sensemaking, etc.)
d. Strategic and managerial actions to ease and support change in organizations
e. Stakeholders' roles in the change process
3. Critically and reflexively diagnose the key elements (process, support, leadership) of the change process
