At the end of this course, students will be able to understand mass spectrometry and separative techniques (GC, HPLC, CE).
He will also be familiar with the main sample preparation techniques.
Drug analysis is based on the use of various analytical methods and equipment (spectrophotometers, chromatography, etc.). The aim of this course is to present a range of analytical techniques applied primarily to the assay of active ingredients and drugs.
Exercices and tutorial problems are given to illustrate different analytical methods, mainly applied to assay of active ingredients and drugs. They are given in parallel to the theoretical course.
The examination is written. It will consist of theory and exercise questions.
