Learning outcomes

At the end of the practical exercises, the student must be able to apply the rules taught in connection with the subjects of the lectures of BLOCK 3 to the concrete cases submitted to him. The subjects concerned are therefore judicial law, economic law, social law, administrative law and civil liberties law. In concrete terms, this will involve solving "casus" (practical cases) based on concrete legal situations. The student must also be able to analyse decisions rendered by courts and tribunals.

Content

The "casus" (practical cases) and decision analyses are evenly distributed between judicial law, economic law, social law, administrative law and civil liberties law, compared to the lectures in BLOCK 3.

Assessment method

The assessment takes the form of a written examination for all sessions. A partial examination is held in the January assessment period for exercises related to lectures which are also examined in the January assessment period.

Sources, references and any support material

The statements of the different practical cases discussed during the sessions, as well as the decisions analysed, will be available on Webcampus
