Learning outcomes

To introduce students to knowledge about writing and to equip them to meet the requirements of written communication as practised in the scientific world. To enable them to acquire progressively (cf. courses LROM 219 and LROM 315) a mastery of the written language with a view to their future professions where they will have to teach it or demonstrate their expertise in the field.

Content

Reading and reporting on short stories and scientific articles (literary and linguistic).

Assessment method

Several tests during the year. Written examination in the same form as the tests.
