Knowledge on the most significative processes and methods for the preparation of solid nanomaterials.
The ongoing development of modern society, nature conservation, the improvement in the quality of human life and progress in both industry and technology depend on new concepts, new designs and new materials. As materials science evolves, so does our lifestyle as it embraces the new technologies derived from the never-ending stream of commercially available nanomaterials. We are convinced that without materials there can be no progress. Nanomaterials are the driving force of the progress of our society. The aim of this lecture is to illustrate the most important processes and methods for the preparation of solid nanomaterials.
