Students will acquire a critical reading of legal issues pertaining to the regulation of the information society and will be trained in basic negotiation techniques.
The objective of this seminar is to familiarise students with a key piece of legislation regulating the information society, namely the Digital Markets Act (DMA).
This seminar also allows students to learn basic negotiation techniques.
The teaching unit takes the form of a one and a half day residential seminar, during which the DMA is presented and explained to the students.
The teaching is interspersed with negotiation exercises, the complexity of which increases as the seminar progresses.
Students are evaluated on the basis of their participation to the seminar. Attendance to the seminar is compulsory.
