  • as a special-needs student - with a disability, managed by the CMP.
  • as a student-entrepreneur, managed by the EMCP Faculty.

The file must be complete at the time of application. Make sure you have compiled all the necessary documents in a single PDF file before completing this form. The documents required are stipulated on the page "Student status", paragraph "status types and grant conditions). For commitment requests, a letter of motivation must also be attached to your file.

At the end of the form, you will be asked to agree to respect the rules that set out the commitments arising from the recognition of a particular status to a student by UNamur. Information is available on the page Status of student", paragraph "Charter".

Charter for the recognition of student status

This charter sets out the commitments arising from UNamur's recognition of a student's special status.
Both parties undertake to respect the provisions of this charter.

UNamur's commitments

The University of Namur undertakes to:

  • Officially recognize the granting of status;
  • Implement reasonable accommodations according to its available resources and the student's individual situation.

Student commitments

The student undertakes to:

  • Solicit reasonable and proportional accommodations in relation to his or her situation;
  • Report any changes in his or her situation that could have an impact on the recognition of his or her status;
  • Do not neglect his or her academic performance as a result of the recognition of status;
  • Write a report, at the end of the academic year, on what the recognition of status as well as the accommodations he or she has benefited from has or has not brought him or her. This report should be sent to the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs.
