The CUESS enables you to acquire key skills in ethical reflection in a variety of healthcare fields, as evidenced by the diverse profiles of certificants: nurses, lawyers, doctors, occupational therapists, social workers, philosophers, psychologists, and many others.

Intellectual disability and mental health problems

This training course, dedicated to disability and mental health professionals (psychologists, orthopedagogues, doctors, nurses, paramedics, specialized educators, social workers...), informs you of the latest scientific and professional advances on dual diagnosis.

It helps you better understand psychiatric disorders in people with intellectual disabilities.

You'll learn to use approaches and tools for prevention, diagnosis and treatment, while developing skills for planning the care of patients and their families in collaboration with service networks.

The training also invites you to reflect ethically and critically on your practices.

Extended over 3 years, this training enables you to develop concrete skills in psychotherapy and acquire new tools to enrich your clinical practice.

The training is built on the theoretical contributions of the systemic intervention model of brief therapy as developed at the Palo Alto School in the 60s by the Mental Research Institute team (Paul Watzlawick, John Weakland...). It is enriched by current research by Giorgio Nardone and the Virages Training Institute, among others. The basics of conversational hypnosis are also taught to serve this intervention model.

The CUBEA certificate (Certificat d'Université en Bien-être Animal - University Certificate in Animal Welfare) is aimed at professionals working in approved animal facilities.

This training course meets the approval requirements for animal facilities and the conditions for keeping and marketing within these facilities.

Non-certifying training

Current legislation on the protection and welfare of experimental animals requires that research work involving the use of experimental animals be conducted by people with the requisite knowledge and training.

The biotechnician(FELASA B) training course concerns people taking an active part in experiments performed on animals.

The experimental master training course is aimed at PhD students, assistants and researchers in laboratory animal science who have previously obtained the biotechnician attestation.
