Since January 1, 2024, the national registration number has become mandatory in Belgium in order to receive the certificate granting tax deductibility of your donation (law of 28/12/2023, art. 323/3 CIR 92). This 11-digit number appears on the back of your identity card.

Your national registration number appears on the back of your ID card in this format YY.MM.DD-XXX.XX (year, month, day - 5 digits).
The information communicated via this form is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD). By submitting this form, I agree to my data being processed by the administrative services of the University of Namur solely for the purpose of issuing a tax certificate and carrying out the administrative and financial follow-up of my donation.
