At the end of this course, students will be capable of:
The objective of this course is to give students an understanding of Business Process Management, more particularly to understand:
An external intervention by the BPM company Daimo is also planned during the course.
Blended learning: 'classical' Lectures but also self-study via web-lectures and readings of seminal papers, followed by Q&A and exercises
The knowledge gained from the course is evaluated in two ways.
On one hand, students write two group assignments in business process modelling and process mining (30%)
On the other hand, students will answer theory and exercises questions in a written exam (70%)
