Goals

The main objective of the course is to provide the students with provide concrete tools to help them design an end-to-end e-business project, from strategic environment analysis to innovative value proposition and e-business models

Content

The course is decomposed in four main parts:
 
• Understanding of the economic, organizational and digital specificities of the conception and the implementation of an e-business project;
• Understanding of hot topics related to e-business (Disruptive technologies, Digital Marketing, Gamification, CRM, etc.);
• Understanding of several tools useful to develop an e-business project (Porter’s Five Forces, Value Chain, SWOT Analysis, Business Model Canvas, e3Value, Weill and Vitale models, etc.);
• Application of the tools and the theoretical knowledge to define an e-business project in a real case study.

 

Assessment method

The assessment bases on the methodological and business qualities of the designed project. The project will be described in a written report and will be defended by the group suring an oral presentation.
