For future students wishing to sit the medical entrance examination, the University of Namur is offering two training sessions. The summer session is devoted exclusively to solving exercises in all disciplines based on the subjects included in the entrance examination syllabus. Summer Session 2024
The next summer session will take place from July 1 to July 8, 2024. Classes will be given face-to-face at the Vauban amphitheater from 8:40 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. from Monday, July 1, 2024 to Thursday, July 11, 2024. Please note: the number of places is limited to 750. To enable as many people as possible to take advantage of this training, the session can also be followed remotely (live or replay).

Training program
This session comprises 54h of classes.
- 12h of mathematics,
- 12h of physics,
- 12h of chemistry,
- 12h of biology,
- 4h of communication and critical analysis of information
- 2h of methodology (including information on the competitive examination).
Courses are of course designed to reinforce students' mastery of subject matter, but their main aim is to enable them to apply their knowledge to the resolution of MCQs, in particular through a detailed analysis of question construction: structure of the statement, choice of distractors, etc. The session includes an MCQ exam methodology session.

Whether you're attending a face-to-face or distance learning session, you'll have access to the UNamur - Formations distance learning platform. A forum will enable you to ask all your questions to the teachers throughout the session, and a wealth of content and tools (additional exercises, explanatory videos, tests, corrections...) will enable you to see or review different parts of the subjects for yourself and continue your preparation right up to the day of the competition.
All syllabuses will be available there in PDF version. Other course materials can be uploaded by teachers, and all pedagogical communications will be transmitted to you via the platform.
A forum will enable you to ask teachers any questions you may have throughout the session, and a wealth of content and tools (additional exercises, explanatory videos, tests, corrections...) will enable you to see or review different parts of the subjects for yourself and continue your preparation right up to the day of the competition.
Registration fees
The registration fee for course participation is €70 (+ €50 syllabus if you didn't buy them in the winter session). Learn more about ordering syllabuses.
Exemption or partial refund of registration fees
In certain cases, the University of Namur grants free or partial refund of registration fees. Consult the conditions to benefit from these advantages.
