Registration for preparatory courses is free***.

The registration form must be accompanied by an attestation from the C.P.A.S.

* or your dependents
** a living wage, social assistance or any other one-off financial aid from a C.P.A.S.
*** Free tuition is granted for one year only

If you receive a study allowance from the FWB

If you enroll at UNamur in 2025-2026 and you receive a study allowance from the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles for the 2025-2026 academic year, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of tuition fees. Your request must be submitted before September 30, 2025 via the form below.

The refund will be made from January 2026 as soon as the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles has confirmed to us that the study grant has been awarded.

If you unregister

For medical preparatory courses

If you unregister (only via the form below, the session registration fee is fully refunded (minus €20 administrative fee) at the end of the month following unregistration :

  • for the winter session, if deregistration was introduced before October 31, 2024, an amount of 70€ (or 120€ if the student has not yet obtained his syllabi);
  • for the summer session, if deregistration was introduced before June 15, 2025, an amount of 50€ (or 100€ if the student has not yet obtained his syllabi).

For other preparatory courses (excluding medicine)

If you deregister (only via the form below)and provided the registration fee is more than €40, you will be automatically refunded the registration fee at the end of the month following your deregistration :

  • completely, with the exception of a €20 administrative fee, if the cancellation was submitted at least 15 calendar days before the start of the session;
  • at 50%, if the cancellation was submitted no later than the day before the first day of the session.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations submitted on or after the first day of the session concerned.
