The FaSEF regularly organizes continuing training courses for players in the education sector, whether they be teachers, coordinators, advisors, coaches, inspectors, directors or adult trainers. Continuing training takes place in offers supported by teacher training organizations (IFPC, IFEC, FWB, etc) or by educational institutions.

Research is centered on the Unité de Recherche en Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation (URSEF). Hybrid education represents an innovative fusion of face-to-face and distance learning, redefining the traditional contours of education.
