A major transformation plan for university IT has been decided by the Board of Directors. This plan is now being implemented, with the aim of providing all users with user-friendly, easy-to-access applications.

- A coherent information system guaranteeing connections between the university's various functions: Sigale (Système d'informations de gestion académique ), SEM (replacing NOE finances), PIL (Plateforme d'inscription en ligne), GED (Gestion électronique de documents), IAM (nouveau référentiel), BI (Business intelligence).
- A new website, more modern, more scalable and adapted to the various consultation platforms.
- A modern, secure office environment.
- An Internet and social networking presence in line with the university's challenges.
- Development of a new "intranet" platform.

- Complete migration of UNamur users to MS365 tools.
- Hiring of a techno-pedagogue whose missions are centered around training in digital tools and skills.
