By the end of the course, students will be able to:

- Critically analyse the content of selected scientific articles.
- Synthesise the content of these articles to construct a structured overview of the chosen biomedical topic.

This teaching activity is reserved for students who are completing their first cycle at the end of the academic year in question. A student is at the end of their cycle when their PAE includes the last teaching units (UE) for which they must obtain credits in order to obtain their academic degree.
The teaching activity will begin with theoretical and practical training in documentary research and bibliographic reference management. Students will be given a biomedical question or an experimental research article proposed by the course supervisors. The question or article will enable them to conduct bibliographic research, carry out a critical analysis of scientific articles and develop a position on the subject of the biomedical question.
