After ascertaining the facts on site, the University of Namur's team of astronomical scientists announced that they had identified a never-before-seen constellation of stars which, when connected, form the distinctive UNamur logo.

The organization in charge of star nominations quickly approved this unprecedented discovery and officially named the constellation "UNamur" after the university.
