By choosing UNamur, I quickly discovered a real plus: a friendly campus and a city on a human scale, much more agreeable than in the major Belgian metropolises.

Passionate about chemistry since high school, I wanted to go further. Here, I've found an ideal setting to delve deeper into what has motivated me for a long time.

Outside the classroom, I particularly enjoy student circles. It's a chance to meet other students in my field in a friendlier setting, share advice, exchange summaries during exam periods and, above all, create real relationships. And when I need a breather, there's nothing like a sports session or a stroll around the Citadelle, a must-see in Namur.

If I chose to become a student ambassador, it's because I want to represent and highlight chemistry studies, which I feel are still too little considered by young people. My role is to be an accessible point of reference for future students, able to answer their questions as equals, with a perspective that complements that of guidance counselors.

My advice to future students? Don't hesitate to reach out to others and ask older students for help. You're often surprised to see how important a role solidarity plays from the very first days.

For me, studying at UNamur is above all about meeting people.
