The deans
Deans are elected for a four-year term, renewable once. Unless an exemption is requested by the Faculty Council and granted by the Board of Directors, they are chosen from among the faculty's full-time professors. Deans are responsible for the day-to-day running of their faculty, playing an essential role as intermediaries between the authorities and the day-to-day lives of students and faculty staff.
