Upon completion of the Teaching Unit, the students will be able to :
reconstruct the evolution of a landscape, identifying the different processes that have shaped it
Describe how the geology (rock types and their structures), coupled with other factors (climatic, hydrographic, anthropic, etc.), influence the landscape.
Use landforms to infer the general organization of rocks at depth, through map reading and analysis of aerial photos or satellite images.
Evaluate geomorphological hazards and take them into account when managing and developing land (floods, landslides, rockfalls, karst collapses, etc.).
