AESS in economics and management sciences

The agrégation is also a good preparation for those intending to become corporate trainers or training managers.

Through the training, students are led to develop a certain number of knowledge and skills, in line with the decree defining the initial training of agrégés in higher secondary education (decree of February 8, 2001).

The agrégation program proposes a systemic approach to the act of teaching and its complexity.

Its multiple components are structured along three axes, each comprising theoretical and practical aspects:

  • Didactics of economics and management sciences
  • Educational sciences
  • Opening activity.

These components are integrated with each other on the occasion of internships in schools and other institutional venues, as well as in seminars.

These internships and seminars enable the development of reflective analysis on issues arising from practice.

The agrégation program in economics and management science has 30 credits and is organized over an academic year.
